I wasn't sure how to report this, so I just made a forum account.
I've never seen this petpet before and as far as I know neither has anyone active on JN, since it isn't in the database.

You will not see it in the database because it's been completely replaced! :o

What you found was a pet with an extremely old petpet attached. A while back, TNT decided to redesign some of these older petpets; however, if one of the redesigned petpets were still attached to the pet, the petpet retained its original identity. So, if the owner were to remove that petpet, it would magically turn into the Crabula. You can see more of these ancient wonders on this page.

The Legs is just an older version of the Crabula, so that person must have had their petpet attached before the item switched. The Crabula is in the IDB right here. ^-^
