Help
I am making a picture for my userlookup and want to have glitter on my image like the one below, but I don't know how. Does anyone know?

I could explain step by step but this is easier (and less typing for me.):

Just don't fill your smiley/main image with any colour. Keep everything but the lines transparent or in the case of highlights semi-transparent (fiddle with your opacity).
Cut your noise patterns to fit into your outline and keep the lines of the smiley/main image in the foreground. Make the animation as described in the link.
Presto, one glitter effect.
