MS Paint that's included in Windows 7? You can't, even though it supports PNG. o_O MS Paint hasn't been able to do it since Windows XP, and before that I think only a crude form of transparency was possible.

GIMP is an alternative (it's free).

Actually MS Paint got redesigned in Windows 7. I do not know about that but it now supports new features. and wordpad looks like Microsoft Word.

I never said it wasn't redesigned for Windows 7... I'm saying you still can't do transparency.

Oh well yeah MSPaint cannot make transparent images. There are plenty of other image programs that can do such a thing.
