At first i had no clue why my account had been frozen for my own saftey....but then i was reading around and learned about the fake login pages, and realized i clicked a cheap codestone in a shop, which logged me out AND I DID PUT MY INFO IN THE FAKE LOGIN....but i had no clue it was fake, i had never heard of it.

Anyways, before i knew aboutthe fake logins i submitted a ticket tryingto get my account back, and asking why it was banned and stuff...and i didnt have time to write down the request id before the page redirected me.

so now ive been trying to see my ticket, but everytime i click "my support" it redirects me to the neo homepage or the login page.


I really want my account back, does the my support page not show up for everyone? can someone link me to the "my tickets page"

Tickets only work on the site if you have a working Neopets account. Otherwise it's just email only. So it's working as intended.

As for that, you could of been cookie grabbed and frozen instantly...But as I've stated on other threads it's just speculation as to what happened.

On the old system, if they do see you logged into a fake page the chances of getting the account back are low.

ugg...this is like my 3rd banned account...for no reason...why cant tnt warn us about recent uprising in cg's, i have never heard of them before i did research after my account was banned....


and i my account was banned anytime over night because i probably clicked it mid day, and in the morning a couple days ago it was banned

TNT isn't responsible for stuff like that...It's kinda like addons to other games. If an addon exploits the game unless it is major it isn't going to be documented.

Is it one or more accounts? If it is more than one and you only shopped once it could be something entirely different.

only 1, i have had accounts in the past banned while i was inactive and after fighting with neopets about all of them on each occasion, they havent been able to return any of my accounts to me (this will be my 4th account i have lost if im not able to get it back)

Ah, OK. I was looking for at what is going on now.

Other than that, there really isn't much I can say. You could do a malware/spyware/antivirus scans if you have nothing to do.

I am currently unable to get into my main 6 year old account and was unable to create a ticket due to the same issue (i.e when you click on my support it just redirects me to the login page). So I created a side account and created a ticket on there making it clear that the ticket relates to another account. As I can get into my new side account fine I can track the progress of the ticket.
