To prevent unneeded strain on the wonderful graphic designers offering their services here at JN, we've put together some rules so that the designers are not overwhelmed or overworked.

If you do not follow these rules, you will be banned from this Graphics forum indefinitely. (Yes, we can restrict access to certain forums.)

1) You should only have one open request for a set/image at any given time.

2) You need to wait at least 2 full weeks before making any other request.

3) Be sure to contact the designer for any corrections or things you'd like changed. They might have the .PSDs still on hand. ;)

4) If you have someone make your set, you MUST credit them in your signature! This is so other members can get a sampling of certain designers and their styles. (You need not credit yourself, though.)

5) If you do not see someone following these rules, please PM a moderator or administrator.

Welcome! I'm 3est. You may remember me from such topics as "Fangirltastic Graphics", "The Jellyneopian Times", and coming soon, "Why I Dislike Mammoths". This topic is a graphics stand (no duh, 3est) and specializes in avatars, signatures and I guessssss personal photos. Please read the whole post because it took ages.

So, what's the deal, 3est? Why you opening another stand so close to your last one? Well brother, let me tell you why. You see, I used to run a stand with Blah, Fangirltastic Graphics, which is here if you want to see. The graphics I made weren't too shabby. But we ended up closing for one main reason: We had busy things going on in our lives (yes we have lives) like exams, etc. So the stand closed.

Recently, I got a newer computer, and with that OS, I now have GIMP. At first I was all like "this sucks" because it was different from Photoshop Elements (2!) which was my old program. But now I realize how awesome GIMP is, so my graphics are substantially better if I do say so myself. Also, I actually enjoy making graphics. So that's why we have this shiny new stand.

01. Luke, use the form. If you don't use the form, its feelings will be hurt. Then I will kick you out, you big bully.

02. You get out of it what you put in. In this case, it's the images you provide. What do I mean? Give me HQ images, bro. LARGE. I can make 'em shrink but no amount of sharpen tool will expand your 5x5 GIF. I also prefer PNGs b/c of transparency. If you want an image with a cool background, don't give me an image with a complicated background, I'm not that good yet! Also, provide a few different images.

03. Don't hate, cooperate. That means give credit. It also means give me time. It also means contact me for changes. It also means host your completed stuff. All this is really common sense and I'm sure we can all work together here.

That's also why the av is weird. If you want a better or different av please give me another image and I can make a better one
Also: That font. Are you surrrrrrrre you neeeeed it? It looks really... ugh. But if you like it.
