Do the items have to equal 5 million from what you paid for them or do they have to equal that in terms of what the value suggested is on the item description?

According to description it seems if you have a 3 million est. and a 2 million est. you would get the avatar

I just got it today thanks to a kind free loan from some nice person on the boards. I'm thrilled now :D I hope to find someone as kind to loan me that SuaP soon.
