Not right now, it will be available when a future project is released.
For wearable previews right now:
Backgrounds:
inzone:background
Trinkets:
inzone:foreground
inzone:bgitem
inzone:thoughtbubble
inzone:lowerfg
inzone:higherfg
Everything else can probably be guessed by looking at the item (e.g., if it's face paint, inzone:markings).
If you have a list of items you're curious about, I could give you their respective zones.
