My ticket is now marked as closed as well. Guess we're all stuck waiting for them to fix it. At least they fixed my garden issues! It only took them 4 months!

To add items, type in a semicolon in the search bar. Then you should be able to drag items into your vault much quicker.
Other than that, I don't utilise the search, because it'll freeze Firefox/Chrome. Instead, I just flip through all the pages (all 56+ of them :/).
