So Am I Not Gonna Get Them? Password and username

So I made a new password recently for my side account, but then I lost it. :blush:
So I typed my side's username into the "lost your password" box, and I still didn't receive an email after two tries.
I tried just now using the username and password recovery by typing in my email, and I have yet to receive it.
Then it came to me: TNT is taking a holiday till January 3rd.
So am I not gonna get my password for that account until January Third?

EDIT: I tested it out on a account I know the password of, and they haven't replied for that either. Nor has a neomail come through that says, "the email has bounced." Hmm.

The password should have automatically been sent to you.

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure nothing is blocking Neopets emails.

Are you sure you are using the email account you signed up with?

Having your password sent to you and TNT being on holiday are two entirely different things. The system is computer-controlled, so there shouldn't be any problem during long holiday breaks.

If the password hasn't been sent yet, it never hurts to send it again, just in case. Sometimes, there's a short delay before the password is actually sent. :)

Some of the email providers automatically block emails generated from within the neopets site like password/PIN/username requests and neogreetings, and they don't even get a chance to go through to the spam folder. The emails get bounced back.
To test this, try sending a neogreeting to the email in question and if it bounces back, then there is a good chance that your email provider doesn't allow email from neopets.
When I was having this problem with AOL, it did allow emails from the ticket/support system to go through. So your best bet is probably to submit a ticket.
