A New Color :o

Once again, TNT has released a new color. This one is called Eventide.

I wanted a colour like this. It is really pretty. But I don't think new colours are needed anymore. The Aisha now has so many new colours left to be a available in, but they released a new colour anyway. THat's a little odd. Oh, here's the paintbrush-

I like the colour - I'd rather hoped for something that was specifically sunset or constellations, but it's not bad. Curious how it'll look on other species.

I agree that the PB is kind of "eh", though.

That 'Paint' on the brush has a really bad gradient...anyway.

I don't really like this color. There's just too many colors. I'd really like it if the entire pet was patterned like how it is eyes and above - that nice, spacial starry look.

The base colour by itself is gorgeous. But it's kind of difficult to customise; only got this far before I gave up.

I really like it, though. As a stargazer myself, I think it looks beautiful and very unique.

I think this color is kind of cool, actually. I do agree that TNT should take a break with the new paint brushes for a bit, but I love the whole stars, sun, and clouds combo. Almost reminds me a teeny bit of Twilight. :3

I saw someone on the Neoboards suggest they do a Cosmo Paint Brush, where the pet is basically painted sort of like the Aisha's head is, but with all these comets and planets around them. I think this is close to that idea. I'm a bit unsure of the whole transition from dark to light, even though I do love the theme. Like Suzuka said, though, I'll wait and see how it looks on other pets first.

It's quite nice. I like the starry area- the bottom not so much.

The paint brush looks very...fail.

Eventide is such a marvelous hue, but I sadly have no interest for the colour on any of my beloved Neopets. If I even do score one from the Fruit Machine or Random Event (unlikely), I will sell it for profit.

Also, is this colour available via the Lab Ray or Fountain Faerie Quests as well? Only wanted to know, thanks! :)

Ohhh that's lovely. I wouldn't customize probably, would be a waste to hide the color. I might have liked it better if the red-yellow gradient was a bit smaller but overall it looks good. Now let's wait to see how other pets look :o

The color is all right, but I think that the last thing we need is another PB color. There have been so many released in the last two years that still have only a few pets that can use them. Also, the paintbrush itself is a complete embarrassment to artists everyone and gives a bad name to the versatile "Gradient" tool in Photoshop. Ick.
