So, people, what graphics program(s) do you use on a regular basis and why? Tell us! I know a lot of us make "sets" on here, and some even have a dA. Or maybe some of you have graphics on your petpages (like me here). I personally use GIMP, because it's free and I can't afford Photoshop CS. :smack:

I use GIMP, because like you said, it's free.
Though lately I have been falling out of love with.

I use GIMP because it's the only thing I care to learn half about. (And then I don't know half of that.) It's nice and simple (which some of us need) and free to boot. Plus it works! :yesh:

I use GIMP and MS Paint. KEEP IN MIND THAT I ONLY USE MS PAINT IF I'M DOING PIXEL WORK LIKE POKÉMON SPRITES. Thank you.

I used to use ghettoshop elements 2.0 but then I got GIMP. Then I realized photoshop was better so i acquired CS5. it's pretty sweet, and better than gimp on macs cause of the freaking X11 wrapper

I like Photoshop. We use it at school and I like it better than GIMP...

But at home I just use GIMP because I can't afford Photoshop. It's okay, but I'm much better at using Photoshop.

I don't really do much with graphics programs, but if I'm doing something I usually use paint or this website called pixlr. They're easier for me to use than GIMP since I don't know many of it's controls, but once I get better at the controls I'll probably use it more.

I've been using GIMP for four years now, and it's wonderful. For random doodling and sketching, I use the Windows 7 version of MS Paint, but for spriting, I prefer XP's version.

I also have Inkscape, but I rarely use it.

Under normal circumstances, I use GIMP for ...everything that is graphics related. I made my avatar and signature with it, and I make my comics (which have yet to appear in the NT) with it as well. Unfortunately, I can't install it on the computer I'm using (because my parents would kill me if I did), so I can't really do anything at the moment. I do own MS Paint on the computer I'm using, but I dislike using it. xP
