Help
(I already posted this but I didn't get any help, so I'm posting again)
This happened over a year ago, so I hope that doesn't affect my chances of getting it fixed.
So basically I forgot my PIN number at around the same time as either being hacked or being affected by a weird glitch. My e-mail has been changed to random letters and numbers, and I need my PIN to change it back. But to use my PIN I need to get it sent to my e-mail, which I of course don't have. Is there anything I can do about this? I know I should send a ticket, but I don't really know what category this fits under.
EDIT: I'm actually not sure what my password is now, since I haven't bothered logging in to that account for so long.

Most likely if the random email ended with a valid domain name (hotmail, live, etc.) it's likely you were hacked/compromised.
The issue I believe would be under Account Access or "I can't get into my account" or of the like. You have 18 months from the last login to take care of that.

Did you ever get a ! in your events are some point or another? I believe they're looking for a date and why. Leave it blank if you don't have any warnings/infractions.

Aright, thanks. Unfortunately I don't really remember, but hopefully I have enough info.
