Name Change Times

So I'll be able to change my name in week's time, but what I want to know is, it says I last changed my name at 2.55 PM, so would I have to wait until 2.55 PM to change it again on 18th March, or can I chagne it as soon as 18th March starts for me (Well, not really, I won't yet be up, but you know what I mean).

You'll need to wait until 2:55pm on the 18th. It's a full year thing. :P
