I recently deleted my "cookies" and am not longer able to log into Jellyneo. I have tried all of my accounts I have active with them and have tried contacting them severely times but no response.

You may have simply forgotten your password.

If not, be sure to clear ALL history and data and try again.

Clear your cache and refresh your browser before logging back in.

i didnt forget my password. I have 2 accounts and I sent a request for a new password for one account and it still won't let me in. I can get into on a different computer and also via my ipod but it is too hard to update things on a tiny ipod screen.
Since removing my cookies 2 weeks ago I still have not been able to get back into it via my computer. And I have tried every day.
