I want to get the space faerie as a BD challenger, and I want to know if the key quest codes that come from the plushies give her as a challenger.

Nope, Key Quest Virtual Prize codes don't unlock the Space Faerie. You might wanna try looking for a different Virtual Prize Code plushie series, which are usually available online :).
