Is it just me, or is the left-most Blue Star Tile in the stairway not working? Or is it supposed to be that way?

I've found 1 Negg so far, but the text adventure is driving me insane! :crazy:
I've currently got 9 out of 61 points but I'm stuck.
I'm trying to use the word: use in the village, but I can't get it to work.
If someone figures it out, please give me a hint.

Type 'help' into the command bar. What comes up on the narration screen is all of the possible commands that can be used in the village.
