My reaction:
What is the US doing to the world? They just want to control the internet. This is way worse than SOPA. It is upgrading SOPA in every way possible.
*I only read the quote* (Unless it is again limited to the US, which is the best possible case if it passes)
Edit: Found a image for a reaction. Posted Image

The image sums up my reaction without words if you dont want to read my post

I think this is for the US only.

But who knows if other countries will follow? :/

Oh honestly. Do we really need the largest amount of bills possible here? If all of this carries on, then the Internet might be better when it was invented. Honestly, let's keep the internet how it already was, bill free. Do this for EVERYONE'S sanity please.

So it looks like America hasn't hired that five-year-old advisor yet.

I would be okay with hiring a five-second-old advisor at this point... <_<

*headdesk* ...what is happening to America nowadays?

This is just stupid. It really is.

I like my internet, thank you very much. Anyone who knows me knows that my computer/internet is precious to me. I'd really hate to lose the internet because I live in a stupid country. <_<

...and what happened to 'freedom of speech'?

....*sigh*

It seems like the world apparently has nothing better to do than try to 'clean' the internet, not realizing all the consequences that would come with it.

Heck, not even Canada is safe. We have C-11 and C-30 to worry about over here... I fear for my sanity. -_-

That's it you guys. I'm packing up my things and moving to England. I've had enough with this country :/. Are they really still concerned about the internet when there are bigger problems that need to be solved? And besides, don't they know they'll just be hit with another wave of huge protests?

I don't mean to seem like I'm stereotyping, but doesn't Britain have more surveillance than the US? Or is that what the media just makes it out to be?

^^ They do have a lot of security cameras, but at least it doesn't have a few problems I have with the American Government, specifically involving the election, but let's not talk about that. Canada was my other option but they're having this bill too, apparently.
