I imagine there would have been problems re. detachability (does a morphed petpet revert when detached?), PPL eligibility, subsequent deflation of actual petpets, impact on economy, etc. I agree, they really weren't the best of ideas.

^ This. :) And a host of other things. The art was done and mistakenly uploaded before any decision had actually been made on whether or not we'd do them at all, so that's the only reason they're on Images.

These are both flagged strangely in our TCG admin (the one we used when we were making the cards), so they're not seen as part of the Travels set and were never released. There actually appear to be a few more of them, too. This will take a while to work out, but we'll get them all added eventually.

Okay, this one is a little complicated. :) The notes you have are semi-correct. Green Yurble Gnome is actually supposed to be a Christmas one that was announced on Dec 22, 2007, whose art overwrote the original Orange Yurble Gnome. You don't have an MIA item for a Christmas version of the Blue Meerca Gnome, but it was announced the same day and screwed with the original Blue Meerca Gnome also. So, basically, Orange Yurble Gnome and Blue Meerca Gnome are staying as is and chances are low that we'll find the art for the missing set, but if we do, we'll release them as new gnomes.

Yeah... that was definately a mistake. It would be cool if you released it through the Petpet Lab Ray, however. :rolleyes:
